How it works

You get a link of your own once we have agreed the partner terms, which are one short page.
Owners who join through your link get 25% off their first six months. The discount is applied for them at checkout, with no code to type.
You earn 40% of each payment they make for 12 months. On the one-home plan that is $7.50 a month while their discount runs and $10 a month after it. Plans with more homes pay more.
We pay you each month once you are owed $25 or more, in US dollars. A private page shows what you have earned at any time: how many owners joined through you, how many are paying, and what you are owed.

The details

Your share is worked out on what an owner pays before tax, each time a payment clears.
A payment that is refunded or disputed earns nothing, and a share already counted for it is taken back.
An owner belongs to one partner: the one whose link or code they used when they signed up. Your own homes do not count.
The 12 months run from each owner's first payment.
Either of us can end the partnership at any time. What you had earned by then is still paid.
